Cephalopods are a class of marine mollusks. Cephalopod is Latin for *head-footed* because the arms of old cephy encircle its mouth. This fossil Orthoceras (sp) is from Morocco, and is over 300 million years old. Each fossil is unique. No two are ever alike, and each has its own intrinsic beauty and appeal.
